Muay Thai Kickboxing

After consistent training in the our fitness kickboxing class and a grasp of fundamentals is achieved, students will be invited to move to this more advanced class.  Advanced techniques, including clinching, are introduced and students begin light/controlled sparring.  Your level of fitness will improve above the beginner class as this class is more demanding, faster paced and longer in length.

This class is reserved for students who have learned the fundamental techniques and have achieved an advanced level of fitness.  Equipment needed:  Shin guards, gloves, head gear, protective cup and a mouth guard.  As it gets closer to testing students are required to pre-sign into this class.
