Coach Frank Ursino will head this program that is offered both mornings and evenings!  Cardio Conditioning Kickboxing

This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.  It is the first fitness program based on professional kickboxing disciplines, coaching science, and mixed martial arts training concepts.  This class is the perfect total body workout, and the fastest way to that tight, toned fighter’s body you seek.  You’ll be challenged to learn new skills and build strength in every muscle group. This is a co-ed class for fitness using sports specific techniques with work on our heavy bag system.  This class is a top calorie-burning workout, at an average of 1000 calories per hour!
