Do we offer free trials?

Yes!  We absolutely offer free trials for those inquiring about joining.  Please call our office to schedule your facility tour and free trial.

How many classes can I take per day?

You are able to take up to 3 classes per day, both morning and night (depending on your ability level).  Our general manager can better help you with what membership best fits your needs.


What programs do we offer?

We specialize in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts specific classes, Wrestling, Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Cross Training Fitness Bootcamp.


How old do children have to be to enroll in class?

Our children’s program begins at age 4.  We have a specialized Jiu Jitsu class, our Little Warriors program for children ages 4 to 6.  We believe that at 6 years of age your child will have the attention span to advance to the youth program and fully participate in our youth classes.  We offer classes for youths, teens, and adults, men & women, boys and girls.


What is the cost of a membership?

The cost of our memberships varies. Each membership is custom tailored to the individual students’ needs.  Please call the academy to set an appointment with our general manager.   He will discuss and formulate a training program and package that best fits your need and financial situation.


Do I have to commit to a long term contract?

No we do not require long term contracts.  We offer month to month memberships if that best fits your situation.  We also offer longer term memberships for those who students who are committed and wish to take advantage of the discounted rate.  Please familiarize yourself with our 30-day written notice cancellation policy stated on your membership paperwork.


Is KP MMA only for fighters?

Absolutely not!  While we do have an established fight team and fighters, we are a martial arts academy that is composed of many people from all walks of life.  From small children eager to learn the meaning of martial arts and their parents looking to teach discipline, to the average man or women trying to stay in shape to older grandparents trying something new, to young men and women chasing their dreams of becoming professional fighters .  We welcome families, men and women, young and old, we offer so much for everyone!


What equipment do I need to participate in classes?

Any and all equipment you will need for classes can be purchased in our pro shop.  Below is a list of the following items you will need:

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – Gi

No Gi Grappling – Grappling shorts and KP MMA tshirt or rashguard

MMA Striking – Shorts and a KPMMA tshirt or rashguard, 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards, & mouth guard

Muay Thai Kickboxing – Shorts and a KPMMA tshirt or rashguard, 16oz boxing gloves, & mouth guard (optional)
