Cross Training Bootcamp

Take your training to the next level!  Tired of the everyday run on the treadmill?  Getting bored with your workouts?  This program is for you!  This program has been tried and tested by our elite athletes, including Coach Kurt Pellegrino who’s followed this strength and conditioning program throughout his professional UFC fighting career.  However, these classes are for all skill levels, from beginners to professional athletes. Each person in class will receive their own specific workload and look to improve upon it as they become more fit.  You do not have to BE a fighter to TRAIN like one!Cross Training Bootcamp

Our Cross Training program focuses on conditioning and strength training and it varies daily.  The classes focus on high intensity, functional movement with the goal of improving overall health & fitness. Workouts are approximately 30-45 minutes in length. You will learn a combination of movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, using kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, box jumps, and many resistance exercises using your own bodyweight.  You will discover strength and conditioning on a whole new level and see REAL results!
